Who is a ChapterHead?
A ChapterHead is a dedicated lead volunteer who represents Chetna NGO in their own city, school, or community. As a ChapterHead, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission—conducting workshops, building awareness, and directly impacting the lives of underprivileged girls and young women by guiding them toward financial independence.

You don’t need prior experience—just the passion to lead, the willingness to learn, and the drive to empower others. We provide you with all the resources, training material, and guidance you need to start your own chapter and host Chetna-certified financial literacy workshops locally.
